a hint of nostalgia(:

Remember when we were kids?
How much fun outside used to be?
Remember all the games we played?
Like jump-rope,tag,and hide-and-seek?
How about spending summer nights,
Catching fireflies in jars?
Or racing down the sidewalk path,
Pretending out bikes were cars?
What about the toys we had?
Like skip-it and those water guns?
It sure made outdoors more interesting,
And alot more fun.
I bet you can't remember,
When we used to pretend.
When you were a cop or robber,
Or some heroic knight rescuing a a friend.
What happened to these good old days?
What happened to our lives?
It seems like they all just went away,
And got digitized.
