Thank God for friends.

Friends = Stress Reliever
@jueli @felicia: project mates who are such thoughtful darlings & always so willing to lend me a listening ear esp after fp. You know how whiny and emotionally unstable I can get right hehehe. Luvvvvv 'em to bits!
@val: the really, extremely & truly crazy girl who surprised me and made my day yesterday at TCP. Thank god for letting me have a scholarship companion from the same class in TCP too!
IJ friends are friends for life. That's true. There's just so much to talk about to each other that we never get tired of seeing each other. Nothing beats STC, good times. Am so blessed to have actually had the chance to spend the second day of October with 'em, I couldn't have asked for more!

@huilinpang: best friends since primary three! It's deeply ironic that we're in the same instituition now, but we hardly see each other unless it's during CCA & that's sad ):

  • Seventeen was hell of an age for me, probably due to Olevels and the rocky transition from secondary school to tertiary stage. Pre-Olevels served as an ordeal for me but what kills us actually makes us stronger right? I can proudly say that I am a living testament to that saying & the fact that I can even write this calmly about the ordeal is mighty evidence of time's healing powers because I know I didn't take it as well as it was happening back then.

  • Post-Olevels, I felt like a great weight had been lifted from me. Naively, I declared to my parents that never again will I ever have to take an examination, let alone seven odd subjects. Twice was enough, I told my parents who laughed cruelly.

  • Birthday week was awesome! It truly felt like I was in nirvana and time had really come to a standstill. Got pampered and overfed with seafood, buffets and more seafood by who else but my dad! Always a daddy's girl at heart xoxoxo. Had to cancel pubbing with my dad this week for school-related events sighsssssss.

  • Lastly, with utmost sincerity, thank you to everyone who made my eighteenth a sweet and memorable one, though without drinks and booze.
